Francisco Villamar

Francisco (Paco) Villamar currently serves as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at P10, Inc. since October 2025. Previously held significant roles at Match Group from May 2017 to September 2025 as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Corporate and Securities, supporting the board and executive management of the world’s largest online dating company. Additional experience includes positions at HealthMarkets, Inc. as Deputy General Counsel and at Quicksilver Resources Inc. as Assistant General Counsel, with a focus on corporate, compliance, and securities matters. Earlier in the career, Francisco worked at Jones Day, advising clients on various securities and corporate law issues. Francisco earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Florida.
