Alex Esin

Alex Esin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product management and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of P2P.org since November 2021, Alex leads initiatives to scale blockchain infrastructure and provide secure staking solutions for institutions and retail users. Prior to this role, Alex held multiple prominent positions including Chief Product Officer at Alfa-Bank, where leadership of 25 product teams was instrumental in developing digital products, and Director of Product Management at CTC Media, Inc., overseeing a significant audience engagement through innovative streaming solutions. Alex's earlier roles include product management at Rambler&Co and INTELMET TECHNOLOGIES, as well as project management and software development positions, demonstrating a strong foundation in both technical and managerial capabilities. Alex holds a degree from Belgorod State University, earned between 2008 and 2013.
