Nikita Grishin

Nikita Grishin has a strong background in human resources, with various roles spanning over 15 years. Nikita started their career as an HR Manager at CHERUS in 2006 and then moved on to LANIT in 2007, where they became a Senior HR Manager. In 2012, Nikita joined INSISTEMS as an HR BP and stayed there until 2020. In 2020, they joined Consist Business Group as the Director of the Human Resources Division. In 2019, Nikita took on the position of Head of C&B at LANIT and is currently working at P2P Validator in the same role.

Nikita Grishin attended Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2002 to 2007, focusing on the field of study in Psychology. Later, from 2013 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management at the Higher School of Economics.
