Olesya Kirillova

Olesya Kirillova has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Olesya started their career in 2018 at Decathlon Russia as a Product Designer, where they focused on web design and the development of interfaces and user paths. Olesya then worked at DomClick in Sberbank Group as a Product Designer, where they adapted the UI for new features and worked on the Domclick idea. Olesya also gained experience as a UX-UI Designer at MTS LLC, where they conducted flow research and connected the MTS ecosystem to an authorization service. Olesya later joined SberHealth Wellness as a Product Designer, where they worked with the Wellness team from MVP to monetization. Olesya also worked at GeekBrains as a Group Mentor and a Teacher for a web design course for children. Currently, they are working at Key App as a Product Designer, where they created a UI-kit based on an atomic model and provided end-to-end guidance from design to development. Additionally, Olesya is also a Tutor for App design in Figma at HSE Art and Design School.

Olesya Kirillova completed their Master's degree in Art-direction from the Higher School of Economics. Olesya attended the school from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in "Innovation Through Design: Think, Make, Break, Repeat" from Coursera in January 2023. Prior to their Master's program, they received a certification in "Инструменты визуальных коммуникаций" from Высшая Школа Экономики in August 2020.
