Yuliya Ignattsova

Yuliya Ignattsova started their work experience in 2011 as a Junior consultant in IT at Agency Kontakt, a full-service recruiting agency. In 2015, they became an HR Manager at Acronis. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Yandex in various roles, including Senior Technical Recruiter and Lead Technical Recruiter for Maps and Navigation Services. Later, they became the Head of Recruitment Group for GEO and SMB at Yandex. Currently, they serve as the Head of Talent Acquisition at P2P Validator, starting in 2022.

Yuliya Ignattsova obtained their specialist degree in Human Resources from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) between 2007 and 2012.
