Penn Smith

Penn Smith is an experienced telecommunications and cost analyst with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Telecom Analyst at P3 Cost Analysts since October 2007, Penn evaluates telecommunication invoices for accuracy and cost efficiency while preparing detailed reports on errors and overcharges.
