Kristina Svetlov

Kristina Svetlov has had a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Marketing and PR Assistant at Millhaus, Kreativ-Agentur für Sportkultur. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing and PR Assistant at LoeschHundLiepold Kommunikation GmbH. Kristina then moved on to MYBESTBRANDS in 2015, where they served as an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. In 2016, they joined metafinanz Informationssysteme GmbH as an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Their most recent position was with P3, where they held various roles from 2017 onwards, including Research Consultant, Communication Expert, Senior Communication Expert, and Head of Communication Management. Kristina currently serves as the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) at P3.

Kristina Svetlov has a strong educational background in industrial management, marketing, and communication. Kristina obtained their Master of Science degree in Industrial Management with a specialization in Marketing & Kommunikation from both Hochschule Mittweida and Campus M University in 2014-2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Angewandte Medien with a focus on PR- & Kommunikationsmanagement from the same universities in 2011-2013. Additionally, Kristina has obtained several certifications including Sustainable Leadership from the University of Cambridge, Senior Project Manager from IPMA, and Qualified Negotiator from the Schranner Negotiation Institute.
