Marius Mailat

Marius Mailat has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marius started their career in 1998 as a Java/Delphi Software Developer at Ambro Systems Srl. In 1999, they joined Xerox as a Java Software Developer/DTP before moving on to Sabre Travel Network in 2001, where they worked as a Java software developer and release manager.

In 2012, Mailat became the Chief Technology Officer at Appseleration GmbH, a German competence center for apps. Marius was responsible for leading the company's technology strategy and managing the technology team. In 2014, they transitioned to Appsrise GmbH, a startup focusing on the development of mobile applications, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer / CEO.

Starting in 2015, Mailat became a Google Developer Expert for Android, recognized for their exemplary work in Google developer technologies. Marius continued to be a part of the Google Developer Expert community for four consecutive years.

In 2016, Mailat joined P3 digital services as the Chief Technology Officer / CEO. Marius led the offices in Germany, Romania, Serbia, and China, providing scalable solutions for mobile, automotive, and enterprise applications. Marius also held the position of Partner at P3 Group GmbH and Member of the Board at P3 digital services GmbH.

In 2022, Mailat joined Cyber Threat Defense as an Advisory Board Member.

Throughout their career, Marius Mailat has demonstrated expertise and leadership in the areas of technology strategy, mobile app development, and software engineering.

Marius Mailat obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Babes-Bolyai University from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree (German equivalent Diplom) in Computer Science from the same university from 1996 to 2000. Marius also received additional certification as a Google Developer Expert for Android from Google in April 2015.
