Phil Fegan

Phil Fegan is an experienced technology and healthcare professional currently serving as a Technology Innovation Ambassador at P3 Health Partners since October 2018, transitioning from a traditional CIO role to a broader enterprise perspective in healthcare. As a Partner at Capitol Health Associates since December 2017, Phil works independently to assist clients in healthcare transformation initiatives. Previously, as a Consulting CIO at Privis Health, Phil focused on population health needs and product development. Phil was a founding member and served as CIO at P3 Health Partners from May 2015 to December 2017, where responsibilities included building the technology division and developing a technology platform for value-based care. Phil's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Information Services at Healthcare Partners of Nevada, managing information systems for a large medical group, and roles at Standard Life and Bupa as a senior programmer analyst and supervisor, respectively.
