Aurélie Despeyroux

Aurélie Despeyroux has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Aurélie started their career at BNP Paribas REIM as a Financial Analyst, where they conducted investment analysis and modeling for real estate investment opportunities. Aurélie then joined LaSalle Investment Management as an Associate Analyst, where they performed financial analysis and modeling for portfolios of commercial real estate, as well as coordinated external valuations and internal valuation committees.

After that, Aurélie worked at Logicor as a Business Intelligence Manager, responsible for reporting and analysis for senior management, designing reports and dashboards, and optimizing internal business processes. Aurélie also served as a Finance Manager at Logicor, analyzing financial performance, managing external property managers, and leading the implementation of a new ERP system.

Currently, Aurélie holds the position of Head of Finance, France at P3 Logistic Parks. In this role, they are responsible for leading the implementation of a new ERP system, supervising accounting processes, conducting financial controlling, and managing various reportings and budget tracking.

Aurélie Despeyroux earned a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Paris School of Business from 2004 to 2007. Aurélie then pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate Sciences at the Université Paris Nanterre from 2007 to 2008.
