Jennifer Baumann

Jennifer Baumann currently serves as the Head of Real Estate at Kintyre since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Managing Director and Head of Property Management for BNP Paribas Real Estate in Germany from July 2020 to January 2023. Jennifer also held a Managing Director position at Viva Dream Real Estate GmbH from August 2017 to June 2020 and served as the Director and Head of Asset Management for Europe at Dream Global Advisors Germany GmbH from September 2013 to June 2020. Jennifer's expertise includes leadership and management, value creation in various asset classes, business development, and user experience strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction. Earlier in Jennifer's career, a Key Account Manager role was undertaken at TREUREAL GmbH from June 2008 to August 2013. Jennifer holds a Diplom in Real Estate Economics from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and has a strong educational background in real estate and economics.
