Phelim Pekaar

The founder of P3, Phelim is a Trinity College Dublin Engineering Graduate. He is a hands-on leader with a proven ability to sell and deliver high-end products to blue-chip companies. He graduated in Manufacturing Engineering specializing in “Lean Engineering”. He spent two years working in manufacturing facilities throughout Europe, running projects introducing lean manufacturing processes. On returning to Ireland, he changed his career to IT and received a Masters and a Diploma in Computer Science from both DIT and Trinity College Dublin. He founded P3 in 2000 and has grown both the company and his experience in the hospitality sector over the past 20 years.
