Nicole Judge

Nicole Judge has a diverse work experience spanning several sectors. Nicole began their career as an Associate Veterinarian at Snelgrove Vet Services & Schomberg Vet Services from 1995 to 2000. Nicole then worked at Hill's Pet Nutrition Canada Inc, where they held multiple roles including Veterinary Account Manager from 2000 to 2004, Customer Marketing Manager from 2004 to 2006, and District Manager - Veterinary Business from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they joined Ontario Veterinary Group as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the operations of six veterinary hospitals from 2008 to 2015.

In 2009, Nicole ventured into entrepreneurship and became the owner of Spirit Tree Estate Cidery, a craft cidery located on a working apple farm. Nicole co-owned and operated the cidery, wood-fired oven bakery, bistro, and local food shop until the present.

Nicole'smost recent role is as a Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer at P3 Veterinary Partners, a veterinary practice group with locations across Canada. With P3 Veterinary Partners, they also served as a Co-founder and Director of Operations and Medicine from 2015 to 2020.

Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated leadership skills, expertise in the veterinary field, and a passion for providing unparalleled care for pets and their owners.

Nicole Judge attended Mayfield Secondary School, although the specific duration of their studies there is unknown. Following their secondary education, they enrolled at the University of Guelph and obtained a degree in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine between 1989 and 1995.
