Paul Day has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paul is currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Strategic Purchasing at P3 Veterinary Partners since October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at CDMV where they held various positions including Business Development Manager- Major Accounts from March 2018 to October 2021, and Regional Manager from November 2013 to October 2021. Before joining CDMV, they worked at The Stevens Company Limited as the Manager of Veterinary Sales & Marketing from January 2007 to March 2013. Paul also co-owned Pro-Medix Inc. in Dartmouth NS from January 1989 to January 2007, where they successfully increased regional sales from $900,000 to $6.5 million. Paul has also served as the Comodore at Abenaki A.C. from 2000 to 2004 and as a Senior Sales Representative at Bayer AG Etobicoke from January 1986 to January 1989, where they sat on the Marketing Committee and consistently exceeded sales goals.

Paul Day earned their Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing and Finance from St. Mary's University in Halifax, NS. Paul attended the university from 1979 to 1983. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Dartmouth High School from 1976 to 1979. Later, Paul completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University from 2013 to 2015.
