Jana Woodard

Jana Woodard has extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Leader at P38 Inc. since May 2014, Jana's previous roles include Human Resources Advisor and Human Resources Administrator. Prior to this, Jana worked at EDPRO Energy Group Inc. for over a decade, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Customer Services Team Leader, and ultimately Operations Services Team Leader. In these positions, Jana demonstrated strong leadership by coordinating teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and achieving customer service objectives through various administrative and strategic initiatives. Jana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a focus on Childhood & Family Relations from King's University College.
