Katie Lamb

Katie Lamb is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Leader at R1 RCM since October 2024. Previously, Katie worked as a Business Advisor at Sera Business Advisors LLC from April 2023 to December 2024. Prior to that, a significant tenure at QualDerm Partners as Senior Vice President of Human Resources lasted from February 2021 to February 2023. Katie's career in Human Resources began at AmSurg, where a remarkable 17-year journey included roles such as Vice President of Human Resources, Associate Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Director of Talent Development, and Senior HR Manager - Business Partner.
