Brendan Crimi

Program Manager IV at P3I, Incorporated

Brendan Crimi has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brendan began their career in 2001 as a Human Resource Officer/Project Analyst at Regions Financial Corporation, where they prepared drafts for employee benefit changes and designed benefit forms and communication documents. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at Shim Enterprise Inc as a Resource Operations Analyst, providing program control and acquisition life-cycle management support.

In 2008, Crimi joined P3I as a Configuration Management specialist, planning and executing CM activities for projects and coordinating with different departments. Brendan worked in this role until 2009. In the same year, they briefly worked at BTAS as a Technical Writer/Business Analyst, supporting the development, deployment, and sustainment of IT systems.

Crimi returned to P3I in 2009 as a Staff Engineer, providing technical expertise throughout the project life cycle. Brendan also served as a member of AF SEAM Validation teams. From 2010 to 2013, they worked in the United States Air Force as an IT Specialist, providing support for systems engineering activities and ensuring adherence to IT standards and policies.

In 2013, Crimi rejoined P3I as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they supported various efforts for the Air Force ITCC and monitored the development of new devices and technology. In 2016, they transitioned to Oasis Systems as a Systems Engineer, supporting the Air Force ITCC and liaising with different personnel on policy changes and potential impacts.

Most recently, Crimi has been working at P3I, Incorporated since 2017 as a Program Manager IV.

Brendan Crimi attended Auburn University at Montgomery from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Acquisition Professional - IT, Level II through the Department of the Air Force in January 2013. Brendan also obtained a Security+ certification from CompTIA in January 2012.
