Jeff Caldwell

Jeff Caldwell currently serves as Vice President of Off Duty Police Operations at P4 Companies since July 2024 and as Chief of Police for the Village of Holiday Hills since January 2022. From May 2017 to the present, Jeff has also held the position of Police Officer at Park City Police. Prior to these roles, Jeff was the Director of Security Operations at GMSC Security from March 2017 to July 2024, where responsibilities included developing security guidelines for the Merchandise Mart in Chicago. Jeff's extensive background in law enforcement includes 13 years as a Police Officer for the Village of Rosemont, during which Jeff served in various capacities, including Patrol Officer, Firefighter, EMT, K9 Officer, SWAT, Detective, Homicide Investigator, and Arson Investigator. Notable accolades include multiple commendations and awards for exceptional service. Jeff holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College and completed Police Academy training at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
