Dana Cordos

Dana Cordos is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at P4B Group, responsible for full-cycle recruitment processes, candidate assessment, sourcing, collaboration with tech and team leaders, data and reporting tasks. Previously, Dana worked as an HR and Recruitment Specialist, implementing recruitment procedures and strategies for the organization. Before that, Dana gained experience as a Bank Advisor at BCR and as a Brand Ambassador at JTI. Dana holds a Master's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” and a Bachelor's degree from Babeș-Bolyai University.
