Amber J. K. currently serves as the Manager of Customer Experience at PA CareerLink® Philadelphia since April 2023 and has been the owner of Out Of Bounds Life Coaching & Group Facilitation since May 2017, where Amber operates as a life and relationship coach, group facilitator, and strategic thinker. From September 2015 to September 2023, Amber held the position of Lead Instructor at PA CareerLink, focusing on client training and workshop development.
