Katie Schussheim

Katie Schussheim is a skilled Senior Design Researcher and Innovation Strategist currently working at PA Consulting since January 2020, following the acquisition of Essential Design, where Katie has been engaged in design research, strategy, sustainability, and product development since April 2019. Prior to her roles at PA Consulting and Essential, Katie served as an Industrial Designer at Summer Infant, Inc., where Katie led product development in juvenile products and was responsible for various aspects of the design process. Earlier experience includes industrial design co-op positions at O-I, MedVenture Technologies, and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, as well as an internship with Disney Parks & Resorts, focusing on technical direction in entertainment. Katie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati, obtained in 2017.
