Laura Lavery is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in community engagement and operational management. Currently serving as Community & Engagement Lead at PA Consulting since May 2022, Laura drives internal communications and fosters partnerships with local charities and educational institutions while creating a DEI community within Belfast's tech sector. Previously, Laura worked at PwC in various roles from September 2014 to May 2022, including People Engagement Co-ordinator, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing staff experiences, and Immigration Team Lead, managing a team of 50 associates. Earlier experience includes supervisory roles at Beannchor, Ltd. and Cayenne Restaurant, as well as customer service at Danske Bank UK, demonstrating a strong foundation in team leadership and customer relations. Laura's educational background includes attendance at Limavady Grammar School from 2000 to 2007.
