Anna MacHalski

Anna Machalski is an accomplished professional in community engagement and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Community Engagement Lead at Go Vocal (formerly CitizenLab) since August 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Principal at Bonterra from August 2022 to September 2025, as well as partnerships-focused positions at BallotReady from 2019 to August 2022. Anna held the position of Illinois Director at the Roosevelt Institute between 2017 and early 2019 and served as GOTV Director for NextGen Climate in 2016. Additional organizational experience includes roles as an organizer with the Graduate Employees' Organization, SEIU, and a fellow position at the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights. Early career roles also encompass teaching English at Richardson Studio and advising at Bryn Mawr College, where a Bachelor of Arts degree was earned.
