Yael Gold

Yael Gold is a Senior Consultant at PA Consulting, specializing in service and experience design with a focus on inclusion and sustainability. Gold has participated in the UN Global Compact SDG Innovation Accelerator for Young Professionals cohort in 2023. Previously held roles include Senior Consultant at Capco, Service Designer at Infosys Consulting, and Associate Service & Interaction Designer at Fjord, where expertise was applied in advising international companies on strategy and processes through a value-integration, agile approach. Additional experience includes a position as Digital Analyst at Accenture in South Africa, freelance work as a Design Thinking Consultant, and academic roles as Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer at the University of Johannesburg. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Arts in Design and a Master's Degree in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Johannesburg and University of Groningen, respectively, along with a range of other relevant design degrees.
