Ashley Richards has over 20 years of experience in the benefits administration and management field. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Administrator at P&A Group since May 2007, Ashley previously held the position of COBRA Administrator at Meritain Health from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, Ashley worked as an Assistant Manager at Family Dollar from 2000 to 2005. Ashley's educational background includes studies at NCCC.
