Shubash Singh

Shubash Singh has a strong work experience in the healthcare industry. Shubash began their career at Computer Sciences Corporation as a Quality Assurance Manager from September 2009 to September 2010. Shubash then worked at UnitedHealthcare, first as a Manager of Clinical Operations from August 2010 to August 2012, where they led a cross-functional team to deliver reporting and analytics. Shubash later became the Director of Business Intelligence (Reporting) from August 2012 to September 2014, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of enterprise reporting infrastructure.

Following their time at UnitedHealthcare, Singh joined Independent Living Systems, LLC as the Vice President of LTSS Strategy and Innovation from February 2014 to August 2015. In this role, they provided guidance and program design oversight to ensure efficient and quality solutions were utilized in each implementation.

Singh then moved to work at Sunshine Health as the Sr. Director of LTSS Operations from August 2015 to February 2018. Shubash then held the same role at Penn. Health and Wellness (Centene) from May 2017 to February 2018, where they supported the successful operational implementation of Medicaid, LTSS, and DSNP programs.

From 2018 onwards, Singh joined Centene Corporation, initially as the VP Operations at PA Health and Wellness. Shubash led a team responsible for all health plan operational procedures and business analytics and reporting. Currently, they are the VP Data and Systems at PA Health & Wellness, utilizing their expertise in data management and systems.

Overall, Singh has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in operations, program implementation, systems, and analytics in the healthcare industry.

Shubash Singh attended Tennessee State University, where they studied Computer Science. Shubash later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Phoenix.
