Joseph Keller

Joseph Keller is an experienced research analyst currently serving in the Insurance Committee of the PA House Democratic Caucus since December 2018, after progressing from roles as a Junior Research Analyst and an intern. Additionally, Joseph has been an Adjunct Professor of Social Policy at Messiah University since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Legislative Fellow for the Bipartisan Management Committee at the PA House of Representatives and internships in lobbying and public policy at Capital Associates LLC and The Arc of Pennsylvania. Joseph Keller is pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Seton Hall University School of Law, having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from Messiah University.
