Erica Myers

Erica Myers has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Erica currently serves as the Head of HR at PA Housing since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Operations Manager at PA Housing from November 2019 to July 2023. Before joining PA Housing, Erica worked as the Head of Talent and Engagement at Bistrot Pierre from August 2018 to November 2019. Erica also worked at Alpha LSG UK Limited as an HR/Talent Manager from January 2016 to July 2018 and as an Organisation and Development Business Partner from October 2012 to December 2015. Erica started their career at Alpha Flight Services where they held various roles, including HR Manager from January 2002 to September 2012 and Training and Compliance Manager from January 1998 to December 2001. Their first job was as an Assistant Catering Controller at British Midland International in 1990.

From 2002 to 2005, Erica Myers attended UCE, where they pursued a degree in Human Resources. Erica successfully completed their Master's of Arts program during this time.
