Carmen Mascaray Martí

Carmen Mascaray Martí has extensive work experience in the legal field. Carmen currently holds the position of Head of Legal at Paack since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at GFT Group for over 17 years, where they held various roles including Head of Legal, Data Protection, and Compliance for Spain and Latin America. Their responsibilities included legal advice, compliance, data protection, corporate governance, and crime prevention programs. Carmen also handled contracts, corporate documents, merger and acquisitions, intellectual property, and IT licenses. Before joining GFT Group, Carmen worked at Dr. Frühbeck Abogados y Economistas, where they served as the Palma de Mallorca Office Director and Head of the Litigation Department.
