Mikel Careaga

Mikel Careaga has a varied work experience in the technology industry. Mikel started their career at Indra as a Senior Java Software Engineer, where they developed Java/J2EE code for applications in the energetic area. Mikel also worked on workflow charts and diagrams to ensure compliance with deadlines.

Mikel then moved to ATE, where they served as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Technical Leader. In this role, they took requirements from customers and developed workflow charts and diagrams. Mikel also developed Java applications in a JBoss environment.

Afterwards, Careaga joined DOMINION GLOBAL as a Senior IT Project Manager, overseeing the analysis, design, and development of a call center project. Mikel also worked as a Senior Product Owner, defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and supervising analysis, development, and UX/UI departments.

At Iberia, Careaga held the positions of Senior Product Manager and Senior Product Owner. Mikel was responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as aligning the company's product strategy with the overall business strategy. Mikel also conducted SaaS business development and technical presale activities.

Currently, Careaga works at Paack as a Senior Technical Presales Director. Mikel'sresponsibilities include maintaining technical and kick-off meetings with C-Suite executives on the customer side, defining new product features based on customer needs, explaining and presenting microservices architecture and RESTful API services, analyzing the complexity and feasibility of technical solutions, and developing proof of concepts and statements of work.

Throughout their career, Careaga has demonstrated expertise in product management, technical presales, project management, and software development.

Mikel Careaga completed their education from 2000 to 2005 at the University of Deusto. Mikel obtained a degree in Ingeniería Informática, focusing on Information Technology.
