Silvia Chinappi

Silvia Chinappi has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Purchasing and Logistics Analyst at Romechi Constructions where they were responsible for inventory control and tracking operations. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. as a Técnico Planificador, where they focused on equipment and supplies procurement. Silvia then joined Construcciones Romechi in 2016 as an Ingeniero de Logistica y Planificación, responsible for controlling material flow and quality assurance. In 2019, they joined Paack as a Warehouse Lead, where they led and trained teams, improved operations through process enhancement, and managed route assignment and tracking. In 2023, Silvia Chinappi transitioned to the role of Operations Manager at Paack.
