Hadar Guttman

Hadar Guttman is an experienced program manager and volunteer coordinator at PAAMONIM since 2015, where responsibilities include launching and overseeing programs that support families facing economic, vocational, and familial challenges. Guttman manages daily operations, training over 50 volunteers, and ensuring program standards while analyzing and reporting to stakeholders. Previously, Guttman held positions as a Training Manager at PAAMONIM, and within the insurance sector as a Manager in the Personal Claims and Medical Rights Department at Fresh Concept, and as a Claims Analyst and Customer Service Representative at Harel Insurance. Guttman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Open University of Israel, attained in 2012.
