Michelle Kevetter-Schonewald

Michelle Kevetter-Schonewald is a seasoned professional in architectural sales and management, currently serving as the Regional Manager of Central US at PABCO® Gypsum since November 2017. Previously, Michelle held positions such as Architectural Sales Manager at YKKAP Facade and Saint-Gobain, achieving significant sales growth and consistently meeting goals. As the Principal Owner of 360 Architecture Design from 2004 to 2017, Michelle demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Architectural Manager at Johnson Equipment Company, where strategic initiatives and training programs were implemented. Michelle holds a BA in Liberal Arts from The University of Texas at Arlington, and is pursuing a Master's in Construction Management at the University of North Texas, alongside an AA from Florida State College at Jacksonville. Michelle is also recognized for expertise in IBC/ICC codes and holds certifications from CSI and IIDA.
