Heather Cuss

Heather Cuss currently serves as Group Managing Partner at Pablo London since September 2025. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at Droga5 from May 2016 to September 2025, including Managing Director and Group Account Director, overseeing key accounts such as Barclaycard and Amazon. Notable achievements during this time include securing new business with Barclaycard, Amazon, Kahlua, SEAT, and TheFork. Before Droga5, Heather was Business Lead at BBH London, managing the Britvic portfolio and contributing to award-winning campaigns for brands like Unilever’s Axe. Heather began the career at WCRS as Account Director and New Business Executive. Educational qualifications include a Master of Philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Cambridge.
