Lucienne Castillo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lucienne started their career at Northeastern University College of Professional Studies as a Tutor in 2010. Later, they joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Credit Products Portfolio Manager, where they monitored the credit process for the small business banking unit. In 2013, Lucienne moved to Nielsen Company, where they worked as a Local Media Client Service Assistant and later became a Client Support Associate, responsible for training and managing relationships with clients. Moving on, they joined Pabst Brewing Company in 2015 and held several positions, including Business Insights Manager, Business Insights Senior Manager, Brand Manager for Pabst Blue Ribbon, Category Marketing Director, Consumer Insights & Strategy Director, and finally, Senior Director Consumer Insights & Strategy, leading the first formal consumer insights team at Pabst. Throughout their roles, Lucienne focused on developing consumer-led strategies, executing research pipelines, fostering collaborative relationships, and delivering results.

Lucienne Castillo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Northeastern University from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from Watchung Hills Regional High School from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Lucienne has a certification in Cicerone Beer Server from the Cicerone® Certification Program.
