Gavin Clarke is an experienced executive chef manager currently working with Pabulum Ltd and overseeing the L&G project in northern Mozambique for IFS. They previously served as a Camp Manager and Production Manager at IFS, where they managed catering operations and site logistics. Earlier roles include Group Executive Chef at RSS, responsible for site management, supply chain, and budget control, and Chef/Site Manager at Sodexo.
