Amy Mak has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Amy most recently worked at PAC Worldwide as the Head of Human Resources, where they managed HR functions for two manufacturing plants and led a team of four. Prior to that, they were a Senior Talent Development Specialist and Assistant HR Manager at Amway Business Services Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd, where they were responsible for talent management processes and served as a strategic HR business partner. Amy also worked as an HR Relationship Manager at OCBC Bank and held various HR roles at Amway Business Services Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd, including Assistant HR Manager and Talent Development Specialist. At Hewlett-Packard, they worked as an HR Generalist and Payroll Specialist. Amy also gained experience as an Administrator & Assistant at a special needs children center and held administration roles at HP for 10 years, including a Team Leader position in Customer Service and Sales Commission Administration.
Amy Mak completed a Bachelor of Business degree at the University of Ballarat from 2003 to 2004. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources (level 7) from CIPD Qualifications, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
