Lance Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Lance began their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Capt. in Combat Plans and Logistics from 1985 to 1996. Following their military service, Lance joined Cintas as a Plant Supervisor in 1996, where they oversaw daily operations and inventory control. In 1997, they joined PAC Worldwide as the Director of Operations and later became the General Manager of PAC Mexico. Lance then held various sales and management positions within PAC Worldwide, including Director of Quality Management, Sales Account Manager, Director of Sales, and Executive Director of Sales & Major Accounts. From 2017 to 2019, Lance served as the VP of Brokered Sales and Contract Services, focusing on business growth and customer retention. In 2018, they became President of PAC Contract Services, ensuring quality standards and process integration. In 2019, Lance took on the role of VP of Business Development, overseeing exploration, innovation, and research for PAC Worldwide. Currently, Lance is the Vice President of Global Sales at PAC Worldwide, responsible for building the sales plan to increase domestic sales to foreign plants and support sales in various regions.
Lance Fletcher attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering with a field of study in Industrial Technologies. Additionally, from 1988 to 1990, they studied at the University of Maryland and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in English Language and Literature, General. In terms of additional certifications, Lance obtained the Brooks Group Sales Management certification in May 2016 and the Brooks Group IMPACT Sales Training certification in March 2012. Lance also obtained the APICS Inventory Management certification from the ASQ Quality Management & Organizational Excellence institution in February 1996.
