Alvaro Cortes

Alvaro Cortes is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Pacaso since May 2021, Alvaro has previously held significant positions, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Finance at the same company. Prior to Pacaso, Alvaro worked at RBC Capital Markets as Director of Real Estate Investment Banking and at UBS, where roles included Director and Associate in Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure. Initial experience was gained as a Project Manager at Fisher Brothers / Plaza Construction Corp. Alvaro holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
