Cindy Lum

Cindy Lum has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Cindy is currently working at Pacaso as the Director of Business Process Improvement since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Veritas Investments, Inc. from May 2016 to April 2021 as a Business Process Manager. Before that, they worked at Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust from January 2013 to May 2016 also as a Business Process Manager. Their earlier experience includes roles at Levi Strauss & Co. where they served as a Demand Planning Manager from March 2008 to May 2011 and as a Senior Demand Planner for Dockers from September 1995 to March 2008.

Cindy Lum holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
