Joseph Bailey

Joseph Bailey has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Joseph is currently the Chief Revenue & Operations Officer at PACAVI Group, a new startup in the aviation technology industry. In this role, they focus on managing revenue and operations while implementing go-to-market strategies and funding.

Prior to their current position, Joseph served as the Vice President of Sales Manufacturing at KETIV Technologies, where they led strategic sales initiatives and drove revenue growth. Joseph also managed a high-performing sales team and developed strong partnerships.

Before that, Joseph worked at Autodesk as the Adv mfg Sales and Channel Manager for AMER, EMEA, and Latin America, where their responsibilities included managing internal and external sales teams and executing sales strategies.

Joseph also held the position of Vice President of Sales at NGRAIN, where they successfully led corporate sales and professional service teams, contributing to a 400% growth in revenue. Additionally, they closed a significant deal worth $1.2 million with Airbus.

Joseph's experience also includes working as the Director of Sales at Right Hemisphere, where they increased sales from $1 million to $8 million. Prior to that, they worked at PTC as a Sr. Sales Account Representative in Manufacturing, where they played a crucial role in selling and implementing over 500 seats of PTC/CDRS products.

Furthermore, Joseph worked as a Design Engineer at General Motors at the beginning of their career. With their diverse experience and expertise in sales, revenue management, and operations, Joseph possesses a strong track record of driving business growth and achieving exceptional results.

Joseph Bailey attended Central Michigan University from 1986 to 1990, but did not complete a degree or declare a field of study.
