Donna DeWitt has diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Donna began their career at Owens Corning in 2001, where they held positions such as Advanced Process Engineer, Technical and Quality Leader, and Continuous Improvement and Maintenance Leader. While at Owens Corning, they successfully implemented lean tools, led maintenance teams, and achieved significant reductions in scrap rates while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. In 2006, Donna joined PACCAR, where they served as Division Quality Manager and later as Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager, leading continuous improvement projects and driving improvements in quality and manufacturing performance. Donna then moved on to The Crosby Group in 2013, where they served as the Director of Operational Excellence and Quality, responsible for developing and implementing OPEX and quality strategies on a global scale. Currently, Donna is employed at PACCAR Winch, where they hold the position of Vice President Operations.

Donna DeWitt pursued their education in various fields. Donna first attended Northeastern State University from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to this, Donna studied Mechanical Engineering at Oklahoma State University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, as well as a Master of Science (MS) degree.

In addition to their academic achievements, Donna has acquired several certifications. Donna is a Certified Kaizen facilitator with extensive experience using the Toyota Production System (TPS) methodology, though the institution from which they obtained this certification is not specified. Donna is also a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO9001:2015, with the certification being obtained from BSI. Furthermore, they are a Certified Problem Solving Trainer using the TPS methodology, and holds the esteemed title of Certified Six Sigma Lean Black Belt, having received the Tiger Award for best black belt. This certification was conferred by PACCAR, although the exact date of obtaining these certifications is not provided.
