Chris Mervin

Chris Mervin, CEBS, has extensive experience in employee benefits and compensation management, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards and Director of Global Compensation at PACCAR since April 2012. Previous roles at PACCAR include Retirement Benefits Manager, Health & Welfare Benefits Manager, HR Operations Supervisor, and Senior Compensation Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed designing and administering various benefits programs, managing financial aspects, and ensuring compliance with compensation regulations. Prior to PACCAR, Chris held the position of Senior Analyst for Executive Deferred Compensation at ADP from March 1998 to March 2008. Chris Mervin earned a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation from The Wharton School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Washington.
