Cynthia Webb

Cynthia Webb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in emissions and compliance within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Director of Emissions and Compliance, Director of Regulatory and Technology, Advanced Technology Manager, and Technology Evaluation Manager at PACCAR since September 2017, Cynthia has previously held the position of Principal Emissions Engineer. Prior to PACCAR, Cynthia founded Low Emission Technology Solutions in December 2016, focusing on engineering solutions for emission systems in diesel and gasoline engines. Cynthia's career began at Southwest Research Institute in June 1992 as a Staff Engineer specializing in advanced aftertreatment R&D, a role held until December 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on combustion and thermal fluids from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Texas A&M University.
