Gregory M. E. Spierkel

GREGORY M. E. SPIERKEL, age 63, served as chief executive officer of Ingram Micro Inc., a worldwide distributor of technology products, from 2005-2012. He previously served as president from March 2004-April 2005. During his 14-year tenure with that company he held other senior positions including executive vice president. He has served as a director of MGM Resorts International since 2013 and as a director of Schneider Electric (Paris) since 2014. He has served as a director of the Company since 2008.
