Joe Naughton

Joe Naughton is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as Chief Pilot at PACCAR since March 2023. With a history of leadership roles, Naughton held the position of Captain at Elevate Jet and Aviation from September 2020 to January 2024 and March 2023, respectively. Prior experience includes Chief Pilot at MIDWEST JET MANAGEMENT, LLC DBA REYNOLDS JET MANAGEMENT from December 2018 to September 2020, and an extensive tenure as Chief Pilot at both Iowa Glass and IGD Industries. Naughton's aviation career began with a significant role as Chief Pilot at Aberdeen Flying Service and included service as an E-5 in the United States Marine Corps.
