Luisito Bulahan

Luisito 'Chito' Bulahan, PMP, is an experienced software engineer currently employed at PACCAR since October 2011, where responsibility includes leading the design and architecture of the PACCAR Parts Mexico Invoicing application to ensure compliance with Mexican government regulations. Prior experience includes roles at Nintendo as a Senior Software Developer, as well as various positions at Costco Wholesale, JP Morgan Chase, RCG Information Technology, and Central Bank of the Philippines. Luisito holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Careers in the Philippines and has furthered education through Bellevue College Continuing Education. Expertise spans invoicing processes with a focus on automated systems in Latin America.
