Prior to PACCAR, Randall held multiple positions within the US Army, including Division Senior Operations Research/Systems Analyst, Senior Military Analyst, and Resource Management/Programming Analyst, as well as Operations Research/Systems Analyst and Army Experimentation Research Officer/Resource Manager.
