Robert Laplante

Robert LaPlante is a seasoned automotive professional with extensive experience in engine support and technical diagnostics. Currently serving as a Senior Engine Support Specialist at PACCAR since March 2013, Robert provides remote diagnostics for over 700 dealers across North America, manages a comprehensive Knowledge Base, and trains new hires in departmental processes. Previous experience includes a role as a BMW Certified Technician from June 2009 to February 2013, where Robert excelled in diagnosing and repairing computer systems and vehicles. Additional roles as an Automotive Technician and Commercial Driver have further solidified expertise in customer service and automotive repair. Robert is an alumnus of the Universal Technical Institute, specializing in Automotive Service and participating in the BMW STEP program.
