Tom Dziwok

Tom Dziwok, PHR, MSHRM, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at PACCAR, focusing on employee relations, compensation evaluations, and performance management processes. Previously, Tom held various HR roles at Populus Group, including Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations and participation in diversity and inclusion initiatives. Tom also excelled as an Onboarding Coordinator II, Employee Relations Specialist, and Recruiter, contributing significantly to client relationships, particularly with Medtronic, which awarded Populus Group the Supplier of the Year. Earlier experience at Dunn-Rite Expeditors involved operational management and employee training. Tom holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Roosevelt University and two degrees from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
